Your data. In sync. Everywhere.
Synctable keeps Airtable, Notion, and Webflow records aligned in both directions. Map your fields once — every create, update, and rename propagates in under 90 seconds.

Three platforms. One source of truth.
From disconnected tools to a single live view.
Connect your platforms
Drop in your Airtable PAT and Notion integration token. Scoped, revocable, stored AES-256 encrypted.
Map your fields
Pair the columns that should stay in lockstep — Name to Title, Status to Select, Date to Date. Pick a key field for record matching.
Ship both ways
One-way or bidirectional. Every create, update, and rename propagates in under 90 seconds with zero duplicates.
Ops-grade sync. Not a glorified webhook.
Bidirectional by default
Changes on either side win based on last-edit timestamp. No more 'which one is the real version'.
Schema-aware field mapping
We detect Airtable field types and map them to matching Notion property types automatically — titles, selects, dates, multi-selects.
Rate-limit safe
Round-robin batching keeps us under Airtable's 5 req/s and Notion's 3 req/s limits without throttling your writes.
Sync logs per run
See exactly what was created, updated, and skipped. Every record change is audited with before/after JSON.
Key-field deduplication
Pick a unique identifier — usually Name or an external ID. We match by that field, so duplicate rows never leak between tools.
Delta detection
We fingerprint each record and only push changed fields, so you stay well below both platforms' API quotas.
Built for teams who refuse to maintain two copies.
Content ops
Writers draft in Notion. Editors schedule in Airtable. Marketing publishes from Webflow. Synctable keeps all three in lockstep.
Product management
PMs live in Notion. Engineering tracks tickets in Airtable. Same features, same status, no duplicated tickets.
Client portals
Agencies show clients Webflow pages fed from Airtable, with project status mirrored from a private Notion workspace.
What ops teams ship after installing Synctable.
“We were manually copying project statuses between Airtable and Notion every Monday. Synctable replaced 6 hours of weekly busywork with a checkbox. 4,200 records synced, zero duplicates in 8 months.”
“Our PMs wouldn't leave Notion. Our engineers wouldn't leave Airtable. Synctable ended a two-year standoff. Bidirectional sync just works — even when both sides edit the same row minutes apart.”
“We run 38 client Webflow sites pulling from a central Airtable catalog. Synctable is the only tool where a Notion edit hits production in under 90 seconds without a single duplicate.”
Priced per sync. Not per seat.

Questions sync engineers actually ask.
How does Synctable handle conflicting edits?
Last-write-wins based on each platform's last-edited timestamp. If Airtable and Notion edit the same record within 30 seconds of each other, we log the collision and apply the most recent one. Pro and Agency plans expose merge dialogs.
Do I need to grant Synctable access to my entire Airtable account?
No. Airtable Personal Access Tokens are scoped per base. Grant data.records:read + data.records:write + schema.bases:read on only the bases you want to sync. You can revoke at airtable.com/create/tokens at any time.
What happens if Airtable or Notion goes down mid-sync?
Each sync writes a transactional log. If a platform returns 429 or 5xx, we exponential-backoff up to 4 times, then mark the run 'partial' and resume from the last successful record on the next trigger. Nothing is lost.
Does a delete in Airtable delete the Notion page?
No, by default. Hard deletes are disabled to prevent accidental data loss. You can enable 'propagate deletes' per sync — when on, a missing record in the source archives (not deletes) the target page.
How fast does a change propagate?
Manual sync: as fast as both APIs respond (typically 8-40 seconds for under 1,000 records). Scheduled auto-sync runs every 15 min on Team, every 5 min on Agency. Webhook-driven real-time is on the Q3 roadmap.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on any plan, no card required. Every feature is unlocked — we'd rather you find us mid-migration than mid-renewal.
